this is a crossover mod i maded for half life opposing force normally if you would follow gordon in 'we're not alone' chapter than you would spawn in the half life 1 first xen map but behind gordon in the air and you fall to death with the 'temporal paradox attempt' message and even if you would noclip cheat you would see in the gearbox clone half iife 1 first xen map the chamber to teleport to gonarch lair does not exit with this mod you will go to valve map version that does have it so what if you would able to spawn where you do as gordon in the first xen map? this makes the game little longer if you choose the new optional path to chase freeman instead to fall to death you spawn where you would as freeman does gordon is killable! and the mod lets you do whole half life 1 xen instead of gordon! after the nihilanth's death by adrian shepard you will go right back to where you left off opposing force the map will change to the small space map that is right before 'crush depth' chapter from opposing force and you will do the rest of opposing force to its end mod done by copy bsp files and edit in text editor the change map trigger's and to prevent a conflict if you would play opposing force normally or the half life 1 maps from opposing force the bsp files were copyed with the changed trigger name's and the bsp files are different names to prevent broken map changes if you would play half life 1 maps from opposing force or if you would not take the optional path to go after gordon in opposing force having new names of the half life 1 xen merge to opposing force and also the opposing force maps that are after the nihilanth's death if you did take the optional path of the mod making it possible to still play without take the path of the mod of follow gordon to play normally or if you would use the console to play the half life 1 maps but through half life opposing force and when getting to xen the only SINGLE bsp file that is NOT have a new changed name and is replaceing a normal bsp file name used by the game is 'of3a1' as to have it with a new name would require to change the names to all the bsp files before it together with change the trigger changelevel's that every map does have from the previous map to the next map and it was pointless doing it also have fun watch the video and give feedback how my idea of doing this mod is
